Clients in North Melbourne wanted to create a inner city dwelling that had real wow factor.

The use of a variety of materials and consideration to light and space as created this three level apartment that has a real urban contemporary feel.

Colour and patterned walls all add to the appeal of this modern clean lined space. A mix of materials included polished concrete, wood and glass all come together to give this project a real earthy feel.

This house was for auction in Brighton and sold for $1.595 million in July. The owners commissioned Mark to renovate it and now they are glad they did. Download the brochure here to see the plans and other pictures.
Back yard – low maintenance courtyard living, decked with garden pockets

Meals area – social hub of the house, clean lines, polished concrete floors, great sources of light with picture windows and back sliding doors opening the room onto the courtyard.

Living area – modern, built in storage and a great view!
